This Privacy Policy describes how X100 LLC (operating Transcripto, "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use transcripto.pro and the Transcripto Telegram bot (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
- Your Telegram account ID and username (provided automatically by Telegram when you start the bot)
- Email address (only if you contact support or provide it for billing)
- Billing details processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
1.2 Content you submit
- Video and audio URLs you paste (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Files you upload directly (MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV) up to plan limits
- Generated outputs we keep so you can re-download them: transcripts, summaries, carousels
1.3 Usage data
- Processing duration, file size, language, plan tier, error logs
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics about which features are used
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the transcription, summarization, and content-generation services you request
- Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
- Process payments and send billing notifications
- Improve product reliability and performance through aggregated analytics
- Respond to support requests
3. Data Storage & Security
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all data transfer
- Encryption at rest: AES-256 for stored files and database records
- Storage location: Cloudflare R2 (EU/US data centers)
- Processing: Railway-hosted workers; raw audio is deleted automatically after transcription completes
- Workspace isolation: each user account is logically isolated; admins access account data only on direct support request
4. Third-Party Services
To operate the Service we share necessary data with the following sub-processors:
- Stripe — payments and subscription management
- Cloudflare R2 — file storage
- Railway — application hosting
- Telegram — bot interface delivery
- Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek — AI model providers for transcription and summarization (your content is processed under their respective no-training policies)
- Bunny.net — CDN delivery of the public website
5. Data Retention
- Raw uploaded audio/video: deleted within 72 hours of processing
- Transcripts and AI outputs: retained for the duration of your account so you can re-download them
- Account data: retained while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of closure
- Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax law (typically 7 years)
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectify — correct inaccurate data
- Delete — request full erasure of your account and content
- Export — receive your data in a portable format
- Object — opt out of any non-essential data processing

7. Cookies & Tracking
The marketing site transcripto.pro does not use tracking cookies. The Telegram bot stores only the technical session data Telegram itself requires.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
